Carmen Roy, RN, MPH, CMC

Carmen Roy, RN, MPH, CMC, is the founder and Director of Elder at Home, LLC, Geriatric Care Management, beginning her practice in 2002.
A registered nurse for over 35 years, Carmen has extensive experience with older persons and the challenges they face. She has worked with elders in home care, adult day health centers, assisted living communities and in-patient geriatric psychiatry programs. She obtained her Masters in Public Health from Boston University in 1992, with a concentration in Geriatric Health Services. She also completed the Certificate Program in Interdisciplinary Practice in Geriatrics through the Rhode Island Geriatric Educational Center at the University of Rhode Island.
Carmen is also certified in care management, receiving certification through the National Association of Certified Care Managers. She is also a long-standing member of the Aging Life Care Association.
