Cognitive and Dementia Specialist
Michelle Tristani is a Cognitive and Dementia Specialist with over 30 years of experience. She is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Rhode Island with a Master’s degree in Communication-Cognitive Disorders-Speech Language Pathology. Michelle has delivered communications and cognitive therapeutic services to older adults across the continuum of care.
Michelle has specialized in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. She has presented at many workshops and conferences focusing on the assessment and management of cognitive disorders, communication and cognitive and behavioral interventions.
Michelle brings to Elder at Home strong and comprehensive cognitive assessment skills and can successfully assist with in-home testing when older adults are unwilling or unable to leave the home.
Michelle is also certified in care management, receiving certification through the National Association of Certified Care Managers.
